Welcome to Financial Trading School!

Hello Students!

My name is Brian and I’ll be your instructor here at the Financial Trading School.

Initially, I started off with a basic education section on my blog, Financial Trading Journal. I then moved onto making a Youtube series: “How I Trade Binary Options”. Now, I’ve established Financial Trading School with a complete and comprehensive set of video lessons to cover the topics of Financial Trading!

I developed Financial Trading School for one reason and one reason only, to improve the learning experience for new and old traders alike. I’ve decided to structure the lessons as if it’s a series of university courses. You’ll notice that within each discipline, I have several series of videos: 100-, 200-, 300- & 400-series, each representing what I think is the appropriate level of difficulty and organized in the appropriate order.

In hindsight, I never intended to create a school or a Youtube following or anything of that sort. Episode 1 of my Youtube series was created out of fun intentions to educate the traders on how I traded 60 second options. Who would've thought by the end of that video, an idea sparked in my mind to create subsequent videos on candle sticks, price action, etc. One idea led to another and 24 episodes later, I was exhausted and decided to take a break. During this break, I was able to rest and collect my thoughts. I started to read through the comments, emails, feedback on my video series and I noticed something...

Although each individual video is well written, structured and taught. The Youtube series itself wasn't structured properly, there's no real beginning nor is there an end. The latter isn't as important as the former, but if students are misguided from the beginning, this will surely hinder them later on. Thus, this school is being made to build a proper foundation for each new trader.

Just like the original Youtube series, these lessons are my own personal take on how to trade. I never have and never will copy or use someone's work, in the event that I do, they will be properly referenced in the lesson. (Aside: You’ll notice several videos from the original series that will be moved here because they didn’t have to be revamped.) There are plenty of learning resources on the web to learn how to trade financial markets.

What makes my lessons stand out is I tend not to bullshit my students; I get straight to the point and provide sufficient examples. There is and always will be "fluff" content, I can't get rid of all of it since you need some to build the foundation. However, if you’re looking for the complete theoretical approach, I suggest you read a published book or Investopedia (e.g., a credible published source).

Lastly, I named this 'Financial Trading School' because I intend to cover several markets rather than focus on one single market as that's the case with most educational sites. In the beginning, I will start off with the General Trading (GT) series and the Binary Options (BO) series. After getting the core content done, I'll proceed to add on the Forex (FX) series and then probably get into the Stock Market (SM) series. That's all I can see in the foreseeable future at this point in time, when I dive into other markets, I'll be covering those as well.

I hope you enjoy stay here at the Financial Trading School and benefit from the lessons I've presented.

Best of luck trading,
Brian
